A call out this week to a condenser unit that had been installed (by others) onto a flat roof.

The flat roof had been vandalised and had collapsed. This was the crime scene attended by CSI SIMPLY!

Amazingly the unit was still working, but as the unit is unsafe and contains phased out refrigerant R22 it will need replacing. Advice was given to the client and quotation was sent.
