It was a busy week this week.
During our first job, we upset about 60 people in an office in Essex when we were asked to try to bring some order to the control of the air conditioning in their open plan offices. The problem has been going on for quite a while and when we arrived we found the central heating on, the air conditioning on cooling and the windows opened.
Our solution was to put a locked box over all the controls and the manager on that floor has keys.
Let’s just say I haven’t been that unpopular since I forgot the wife’s birthday!
